@autoalex and the guys got me down to give this large old boy (Clifford The Large Red Lorry) a little make over with some graphics and pin striping.
Plus I was able to take my son Josh to work with me, who is of course a huge fan of Alex, @topdeadc@taylorhetherington_ & @rory.mckie (Major Dad points there!)
Always fun working with these guys and being looked after by the team @emilyanastasia_1@gabor_szedlak š
Also had to give the Mattwood car a little check over from a previous job.

The weather lately has been rough, so the Beetle definitely needs some love.
Thankfully the guys at @motorpartsdirect sorted me out with some cleaning gear from their May Mega Deals, so if the weather holds out today Iām finally giving the VR5 a proper clean so watch out for that reel that will go perfectly as always š
Meanwhile my little ride or die was on security duty while I went in to pay š¶š

All the attitude, noise and stance from the @powerflowexhaustsuk system and @bilstein B14sā¦ yet still so underrated.
Cars need to return to when they were more raw.
Feels like everything now has to be 1000bhp, Ā£10k wheels, chasing hype and flexing whoās got the newest weapon with enough driver assists to practically drive itself.
Meanwhile Iām cruising around in my rare as f##k VR5 on rocking @bilstein B14s on original @bbs_uk_official Delta wheels making about 190bhpā¦ and honestly?
Itās some of the most fun you can have!

Iāve always believed if you want better results, youāve got to level yourself up too.
With some bigger projects coming up this year, I wanted to sharpen my wrapping skills!
So I headed over to the @metamarkuk Vehicle Wrapping Academy for a couple of days to learn, improve and push myself further.
Still plenty to learnā¦ but thatās the whole point š
Easy to sit there saying you want to build better cars and do bigger projectsā¦ The harder part is actually putting the time in to improve your skills behind the scenes.
Got some cool projects coming this year and I want the finish level to match the vision in my head š
Plus itās always good to meet like minded people who are up for a laugh.

I wonāt lie, Iāve been feeling pretty flat and overwhelmed lately so today is 100% what I needed to realise how far I have come and the friends Iāve made along the way.
A few things in motion behind the scenes as always, got to keep pushing forward with plans and 2026 is looking very positive.

2nd May Iāll be on the @febi.bilstein stand, assuming this even makes it there š
This was actually meant to be on the stand at @_foodandfuel_ along side the Smart Roadster at @bicestermotion , but I realised last minute it didnāt even have an MOT!
So yeahā¦ step one: š see if it actually passes its MOT and then we can talk about making it look even better then it already does.
No big plans yet, just working through it properly as I love how OEM+ this cool retro ride it.
