To be an artist is to be a god.
When on stage, I hold total power to create entire worlds out of nothing within a single second. Enjoy destroying them in the next.
There is no place where I feel as free, fulfilled, sparklingly authentic, and bubblingly magnificent as in the spotlight.
That is why I was so utterly overjoyed by how the show Your Song was received during this year’s SWIMP - @swedenimprovfestival . I got the most awesome compliments I can imagine as an artist.
This show cames from the heart. It is born out of passion, friendship, and constraints and was always meant to be at least slightly uncomfortable. - In a good way.
I hope you will want to see it. Because now, perhaps a tour might just be on the horizon..

Då har jag varit i Alingsås på Hjälmareds Folkhögskola igen för att köra en av mina demokratiworkshops.
Workshopserien är del i ett större projekt som går ut på att utforska hur man kan odla demokratiska mötesplatser i kommunen. Nästa gång ses vi på @alingsaskulturhus . Ser mycket fram emot detta. 😍

Music has meaning. Music can set and change someone's mood in a heartbeat. In this improvised freeform chaos spectacular Equally Alike playfully explores, dissects and reassembles one of your very own favourite songs. The duo, consisting of Christian Hjärner and Michelle Haughton are well known for their entertainingly crazed and physical improv. Their format doesn't only teasingly brutally entertain, it most probably will give Your Song several new meanings. So buckle up, prepare for shocks, laughter, and a wild ride.
Christian Hjärner and Michelle Haughton met through Gothenburg's international improv group, Impram. From their very first scene, they realized they weren't just an incredible match as scene partners but also shared a similar energy, humor, and a delightful madness. That madness needed to come out, and it did—in the form of the duo, Your Song.

Tillsammans med Somaliska Akademiker och projektledaren Michelle Haughton söker vi nu 2–4 assistenter som vill vara med och göra skillnad i högstadie- och gymnasieskolor runt om i Västra Götaland.
Om rollen: Som assistent är du Michelles högra hand. Du både leder och deltar aktivt i övningar från improvisationsteaterns värld där vi tränar ungdomar i "people-skills" som empati, samarbete och kommunikation. Du agerar förebild, skapar trygghet i rummet och sprider god energi!
