I literally cried today during my morning walk that starts at 5:15am 😭 Waking up , exercising, and then heading to work is a lot!! Coming back from work and exercising again 😭 I literally was on the verge of quitting today!
In between two workouts a day, I gotta read 10 pages and drink 3L of water every day 😭 Sengikhathele , angfuni kungasho shame 🫠
