That’s what my my incredible co-host @missfallondee and I witnessed in this magical event we held at the stunning @fulham.pier .
Women arriving carrying so much — pressure, responsibility, the quiet weight of being the one who holds it all together.
And not because anything is wrong.
But because the world is so fast. It is noisy, demanding, and full of distractions.
So instead of trying to talk our way into confidence…
We slowed down.
We breathed.
We listened.
We connected to our imaginations
We moved.
And something shifted.
Not forced.
Not performed.
But remembered.
Because confidence isn’t about being certain.
It’s about self-trust.
Trusting yourself when things are unclear.
Trusting your body.
Trusting your timing.
Trusting your voice.
And there is something incredibly powerful about remembering that…
together.
In a room.
In community.
In real life.
