Are we ready to talk through each other’s credit histories and every single debt today, with zero judgment? 6. If we break up, how do we want to handle the equity? Should we have a legal agreement (like a Declaration of Trust) in place now to protect us both? Because buying together isn’t just a property decision. It’s a money decision. A lifestyle decision. Honestly, I didn’t realize how much a shift in palette and texture could change the feel of a room and your sleep! ad | I thought white would always be my favorite, but this cotton muslin in salmon from @yardliving @hellofurn has completely converted me! The best home decisions usually start with a “why are you doing that?!” from someone else 😅 We knew choosing the smaller room was a gamble on paper, but waking up to garden views in the middle of London felt like the real luxury to us 🥹🌴 The bigger challenge was the layout.
