We had a great time this past Saturday at the Newark Zine Fest with @densemagazine and got to preview some of our new publications before the end of the year :)
We did some live drawing, made new friends, and took a train to New Jersey

from our workshop at @drawingcenter , inspired by their newest exhibition, Voice of Space.
we practiced ekphrasis to glean and collect spoken descriptions of exhibited works, which were then used as blueprints for zines. thanks to our participants, who fully embraced the exercise to create zines and visual narratives!
