Dirt vol. 1 is out now I’m super happy to finally release the first album of my new label @misplaced.matter . I’m more than gratefull to have such great artists from all around Europe on this VA to make it so special. Dirt Vol. 1 is the first release on Misplaced Matter Records. The VA compilation features 9 artists each offering a distinct perspective on underground sounds. With roots in the early 2000s schranz and drum & bass, he has fully dedicated himself to raw, hypnotic techno influenced by atmospheric industrial textures and driving oldschool drums. In 2026, he founded his own label, Misplaced Matter Records, with the vision of supporting a diverse range of techno subgenres. The label’s sound ranges from hypnotic techno, tribal and hardgroove to fast-paced dub techno and slow-driving industrial rhythms. Premiere #6 now on @thebrvtalist THURI - Tribal Emergence THURI is an upcoming Dj & Producer born and raised in Vienna deeply routed in the local techno scene. In the past months, he found himself dabbeling more into tribal grooves and raw techno while focussing on his vinyl-mixing-skills. His sets are characterised by driving tribal percs and pounding basslines, complementing eachother. His aim is to transport the escene of the original techno from the late 1990s and the early 2000s within his sets, by giving the tracks a unique modern spin. His rolemodels are Ben Sims and DaxJ.
