Really missing casting glass. So here is a throwback to a few sessions ago. ⚫️ I had back surgery a few weeks ago - and unfortunately it did not help with my pain like I had hoped 😞 Not sure what the next step will be, but I do hope to get back to casting ASAP!! Send healing vibes my way πŸ™πŸ» #casting #glass #art #pacman #ghost

I call this style my 'Rainbow on a Cloudy Day' Vase. I often receive comments telling me I 'ruin' this vase by adding all the white. But my inspiration comes from that pure, nostalgic excitement of spotting a rainbow on a gloomy day. My hope is that this vase induces that excitement every time you look at it. What do you think? Success? Or Fail? Vote below! #rainbow #love #oceanside #glass #mothersday

Do you make anything other than vases? Sure can! Do I sell them? Not right now. These cups were designed and made solely as gifts for my son's hockey coaches. Gotta keep some things special πŸ’™ #seattlekraken #seattle #glass #craft #gifting

Making art is when I feel the most like me. Mistakes, imperfections, bright colors, sometimes unpredictable, chaotic, fluid, & always fun!! Making is a necessity all artists feel, it's never optional. I am glad you are here to share it with me, and hope you enjoy my process! #artist #mentalhealth #glassblower #colorful #adhd Clear glass studio nuggets by @oceansideglass

Fun with 'uranium' color! Looks clear in regular lighting, but cue the blacklight and this ghost truly glows!! What do you think? Should I make more?? #uraniumglass #ghost #pacman #80schild #castglass

Super excited to be continuing my partnership with @oceansideglass to bring you a serious of videos showing you how I use all their products! The first in this series- studio nuggets! This is the clear glass I melt in my furnace that is the foundation for everything I make! I love that it melts at blowing temperature, is borax free, consistently produces a clean melt, and there are no harmful or messy powders to deal with! Questions? Happy to answer! #art #glass #oceansideglass #studioart #foundation
