The debut 7 track mini LP from Berlin’s Misere is a new jewel in the modern post punk crown. Sit back, relax and let the darkness engulf you with their primitive and sparse sound. Standout Prickelnd’ starts with the pounding floor tom and snare and slightly flanged bass before the guitar kicks in and the song takes twists and turns. It’s like a minimal sounding Xmal Deutschland and Blood and Roses with a vocalist that sings with a deadpan delivery. Another standout ‘Dracula’ has the sound and spirit of the first Kleenex single down to a tea, but adds a hint of classic early 80’s goth. Final track ‘Abrieb’ sounds like it could fall apart at any moment, in all it’s glorious chaos. It’s the sound of what UK Decay would have sounded like, if they were women. A superb release that shows the sound of Berlin in 2025. We have @fotokiller from Berlin and with their dreamy mix of shoegazer elements and post-punk, could get any venue moving, the Band could finally release their second album.
The Post-Punk Four Piece @miserettes brings with their pleasantly edgy post-punk tracks tears to the eyes of every NO WAVE fan, and their 12“ was released on Static Age and as a cassette on Mangel Records.
@_bodymaintenance will begin their second European tour this weekend at the Grauzone Festival in Den Haag and with their current album, the band has once again refined their New Wave-Post-Punk sound, influenced by The Sound, The Chameleons, and The Cure, with ease.
Behind the Decks, @claudia___zanardi , One half of @bolide.null will Together with Moppi Galoppi keep you moving at the after-show party and bridge the gaps between sets with selected songs from the last decades of punk and garage history.

Third edition of the DISASTER BY DESIGN festival, and it will once again take place over two days. Each day, four bands ranging from post-punk, goth rock, synth, minimal to synth punk will take turns on stage in a musically ascending curve. As before, DJs will be on hand to provide you with treats from their playlists during the breaks and after the concerts at the familiar venue.

Fall is here, and I hate to say it, but it’s only going to get colder, darker, and rainier. Especially at the @neuezukunftstralau on 08.11.
You’ll need a few essentials to survive: good beer, good sound, proper lights, and solid heating.
We can offer you all of that, and we’ll see if you like the music, too.
It all started as an idea for a release show, but things got a little delayed.
Since two of the bands have just released something new, we can call it: “The Return of the Second Double Release Show III: Reloaded.”
