When we think of boundaries, we usually think of the limits you set between you and others. They teach others how to treat us. What they can expect from us 💫
But what about the bigger more important boundary???
Those are the commitments you make to yourself. What are you truly OK with? How many actions? How many apologies? How many favors? There’s a line between honoring others and honoring yourself.

You can’t set powerful boundaries with others, until you set them with yourself. Boundaries need to be rooted in the truth of YOUR value system. Not your family, not your friends, not your co-workers, not billboards, and definatly not social media! If you can learn to keep your word to yourself, then your words to others will come from a place of honor and respect.
