To know them is to love them, Manuel & Pablo Osete, the brothers behind @micatering and @misalsa_az here in Phoenix, AZ. The @dtphxfarmersmarket staple has been family owned and operated since 2003 with a commitment to their generational recipes and community values. Known for their classic grilled burritos and variety of salsas but unlimited in their abilities to curate a memorable culinary experience.
We couldn’t host a pop up food court without inviting the pop up masters to the party. We cannot wait to see what they come up with for @vivaphx on Saturday, Oct 19th but in the meantime, visit them at @dtphxfarmersmarket every Saturday morning or grab their products from some of our other VIVA partners such as @cartelroastingco or @buenavidabodega .

Maria, Pablo, Manuel, Lorena, Nick have been family for me… the time when I was market neighbors in the food court at the old location of this weekly market!
They have been mentors, coworkers, leaders, parceros and I am beyond grateful for their support and love!

The story behind our new logo and branding. It comes from the original cattle brand our Great-grandfather came up with this brand for the ranch he used to run in Jalisco, Mexico. Most of our family holidays and time off growing up were spent down there enjoying home cooked meals and salsas with family and friends. These memories great times sharing meals with all those friends & family still is what inspires us to keep doing what we’re doing after all these years. So you can keep gather with your close and far ones over some good eats. From our whole family we appreciate all the support throughout the years!!! Thank you to everyone!!!
