Dynamic Range: Shooting Outdoors or at a venue use S-Log preserves a wider dynamic range for a more cinematic look with loosing your over exposed areas such as the sky, but footage may look flat on the cameraās LCD. Color grading in post-production is necessary.
Exposure: This will make your post production smooth. Overexpose by 1.5 to 2 stops to capture more detail in shadows and highlights. Use zebras or a histogram for monitoring.
Color Grading: Step one, rise the Highlights. Step 2 lower the Shadows. Step 3 rise the Saturation. Use video editing software and LUTs to adjust contrast, saturation, and color balance for the desired look.
