this is the end!!
today I defended my thesis in Milan and it really feels like I’ve closed a very big chapter of my life
I moved here in 2023 and started my master’s in Human Resources Management. at the same time, I was also accepted into an entrepreneurship program, but chose to focus on HR — as it’s connected to my first degree
these two years went by very quickly, but were full of growth and new experiences
my thesis was based on our project @miros.platform , and it was important for me to not just explore HR in theory, but to understand how it works in a real business
to be honest, my preparation was very last-minute, and I was worried it wouldn’t be enough. but in the end, everything went well and I successfully defended my thesis
now I’m left with a strange feeling like something big has come to an end. still, I’m very proud of myself for this journey 🤍
