A year ago we had this massive cyclone heading for SE Qld and, like everyone else, Emma and I were locked in the house for a few days waiting for the storm to pass. It was supposed to huge, but luckily it was not as bad as first predicted. Still, all life events were cancelled and we had plenty of time on our hands. So we had a jam with my looper and drum machine and made this track over a couple of days. Then, on day three, Emma suggested we should go outside and film a video clip on our GoPro. It was night time and raining a lot. At first I thought it was a crazy idea, but after a tequila or two I got right into it...and we had our raincoats 😉 Anyway, we really enjoyed being a bit silly creating something just for fun. And it was a hit!
This new version is a remix made by my son Miles, who's been loving producing his own tracks on Logic Pro. Here on his youtube channel you can see a couple of songs he wrote last year, check them out, more to come soon!

It all started back in September 2022 at the Bearded Lady, moving to Cave Inn in 2025, and it has been running every single month since!
