Hey everyone, how’s it going?
Priscila Lira (
@prislira_ph ), founder of Street Photography Brazil (
@streetphotographybrazil ), and Felipe Mandarino Lima (
@felipe_lima_mirror ), founder of Street Avengers (
@street_avengers ), are here once again for another weekly curatorial collaboration always bringing together two photographers we deeply admire and whose visual languages resonate with one another.
Today we are featuring two dear Italian friends: Elisabeta Felici (
@betsie.best ) and Tonino Mirto (
@mir__to ).
“Betta” is a member of our partner collective Roma Street Photography (
@rromastreet ) and co-founder of the festival RomePhotoLab (
@romephotolab ). Tonino is a well-known presence within the Roman street photography scene and also a passionate lover of jazz and fusion music something he deeply shares with Felipe, as longtime friends.
Both wander through the streets of Rome creating images filled with movement, lyricism, and subtle delicacy. Even with very distinct visual approaches, we invite you to observe how their works converse with one another flowing naturally through both color and black & white imagery.
Betta and Tonino, we truly look forward to seeing you both again at this year’s RomePhotoLab in Rome!
We hope you enjoy it.
