We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable morning celebrating the 2026 Spring Symposium! Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped to make the day such a success! A special thank you to Nate Berkus for sharing his infinite knowledge and perspective on business and design, and to Adam Rathe of Town & Country for guiding such a thoughtful and engaging conversation. Before he arrives, we’re sharing a glimpse into his everyday life in New York with husband Jeremiah Brent and their two children: Mornings start with coffee (courtesy of Jeremiah) and a quick calendar check. Days are filled with client meetings, installs (his favorite part), and time in the office. By 5 p.m., it’s all about family—dinner together, no devices, and meaningful conversation. His philosophy? It was a beautiful evening with Steve Naifeh, as we learned about his life, his love of art, and the inspiration behind his extraordinary collection on display at Mint Museum. ✨ Thank you to @maisonjardindesign for the stunning planters featured on stage, Alan Kaufman and members of the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra for the beautiful music, and @your_charlotte_bartender for the delicious, specially curated cocktails. 🍸🎶🌿 This evening would not have been possible without our inspiring and dedicated Mint Auxiliary President, Katie Hallaway, and our Winter Evening of EngageMint Chairs, Brooke Alford and Lindsay Schall.
