Most nurses who join my program have never worked with a professional online coach before. And honestly? A lot of them are skeptical at first. Because when you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, working 12s, and already struggling to stay consistent… it’s hard to picture another thing actually helping. That’s exactly why I made this video. So you can see what professional coaching actually looks like for the nurses inside my program and how we build a system that works around chaotic schedules, night shifts, stress, and real life. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about finally having structure, accountability, and a plan designed for nurses who are tired of feeling stuck in their own bodies. If you want support losing 20–50 lbs, rebuilding your energy, and feeling strong again without burnout… DM me “FITRN” and let’s see if this would be a good fit for you.

She’s a full-time night shift RN… So yeah — her schedule is all over the place. Sleep is inconsistent. Work is stressful. And she still dropped multiple dress sizes, got her energy back, and actually feels confident again. This wasn’t because she had more time. It’s because she finally had a plan that fit her life. Before, she was: • Struggling to lose weight • Trying random things that didn’t stick • Feeling the burnout from 12s Now she: • Feels lighter and stronger • Has energy even after shifts • Actually follows through on what she starts That’s the difference. Not more motivation. Not more time. Just the right system. If you’re a nurse and you feel stuck right now, I promise it’s not you… it’s the approach. Comment “READY” and I’ll show you how she did it.

3 months ago I started a new journey. As a former district champion wrestler, competition and grit are in my blood. But BJJ has pushed me in new levels and has exposed me to a new set off skills. Similar to wrestling, it’s both physically and mentally rewarding. But honestly, committing to BJJ has been more of a mental release for me that I’m truly grateful for. And especially to this amazing team at @abdiasjiujitsu I’m grateful to be learning and growing. Ossssss #jujitsu #bjj

You’ve spent enough years surviving. It’s time to start feeling alive again. As a nurse, everyone depends on you. Your patients. Your coworkers. Your family. But prioritizing your health isn’t selfish it’s leadership. It’s showing your kids what self-respect looks like. It’s showing your family that strength, confidence, and health matter too. And yes, your spouse may not fully understand it at first. They may question the investment, the time, or why you suddenly want more for yourself. But once they see: • your energy come back • your confidence return • your mood improve • the weight coming off • the woman they fell in love with showing up again …they’ll understand. Because this was never just about losing weight. It was about getting YOU back. - Dominion

You’ve spent decades showing up for every patient, every shift, every emergency; now it’s time for your body to reflect the powerhouse you actually are. This is Destiny, a full-time registered nurse leader. The one her colleagues lean on, her patients trust, her family calls first. And still felt invisible in her own body. Running on hospital food and adrenaline. Scrubs hiding what she didn’t want to face. The heaviest she’d been in years and too exhausted to figure out why. Then there’s Version B Destiny. She stopped grabbing whatever generic plan promised quick results and wasn’t built for her schedule, her stress, her body at this stage of life. She stopped putting herself at the bottom of the list and did something about it. She can get through a double shift and still feel human on the other side. No more inflammation, no more fog, no more dreading her own reflection. And shedding 30lbs of fat made her feel like a brand new woman. If you’re a registered nurse who’s mastered saving everyone else but can’t figure out how to save yourself, who’s tired of feeling like the heaviest, most depleted version of herself, and is finally ready to do something about it — this is for you. DM me “SHIFT.” Let’s get you to Version B. #nurse #nursesofinstagram #nursesweek

6 weeks. 9 lbs down. 4 inches off her waist. And she stands differently now. 🤍 You can see it in her posture. You can see it in the way she’s standing. But what you CAN’T see in this photo is that she’s not exhausted anymore. 6 weeks ago she was tired all the time. Tired of feeling stuck. Tired of starting over. Tired of her body not matching how she felt on the inside. So she stopped doing it alone. And in 6 weeks her waist shrunk, the scale moved, and she woke up one morning with more energy than she’d had in years. That part surprised her the most. She’s not done. Not even close. But her results needed to be shared because a burnt out nurse scrolling right now needs to see that 6 weeks can change everything. If that somebody is you — DM me. Let’s talk. 💬🤍
