Still basking in the awesomeness of the Big Breaks Reunion at the MOS that @stantonwarriors & @freefromsleep put together. We smashed it🤘I’m really proud of our Breaks Community. Over time many of us have branched into other genres but we’re all still rooted together via Breaks. Keep on doin’ what you’re doing ✊writing tunes, putting on events, DJing and hopefully we’ll build a new fresh scene making people happy & lively with our music. And to you the eager dancefloor participants - please support us by buying music, tickets and attending future events. We are all in it together ❤️
Personally, I feel very proud of my DJ career, beyond the creativity I’ve had to survive the patriarchy, DJ motherhood and still managed to carve my name into the underground scene, mostly thanks to you - my devoted fans. This year has been full of events that have completed circles that felt at times were impossible to complete but giving up after so many years of hard work and passion was never an option. What example would I set for Female Artists who come after me! Watch this space for more on this topic - I have some exciting activities planned for 2025 x
