Only got one pan to use? You’ve got to make this Moroccan One Pan BBQ Beef Ramen! 🍜 Serves 2 Ingredients: 250g lean beef mince ½ brown onion, finely sliced ½ packet Mingle Moroccan BBQ Roast or Rub Seasoning 2 dried ramen packs 1 cup water 1 cup spinach ½ cup mozzarella, grated Optional: Chilli oil Parsley Method 1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. 2. Add the beef mince and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned all over. 3. Add the finely sliced onion and the Moroccan BBQ seasoning to the beef. Stir for 2–3 minutes until the onion has softened 4. Push the beef mixture slightly to the sides and place the dried ramen blocks in the centre. Add the fresh spinach on top, then pour the water directly over the noodles. 5. Cover with a lid and simmer for 3–5 minutes. Once the noodles are tender but still firm and most of the water has been absorbed, sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the top. 6. Replace the lid for 1 minute to allow the cheese to fully melt. 7. Remove from heat, drizzle with chili oil, and scatter fresh parsley over the top. #Moroccan #onepan #ramen

These SLOW COOKED Moroccan BBQ Lamb Wraps are about to become part of your weekly rotation 🤩🙌 (Serves 4) Ingredients: 1.3 kg Boneless lamb shoulder 1 packet Mingle Moroccan BBQ Roast or Rub 2 tbsp olive oil ½ cup chicken stock 1 can chickpeas, drained Homemade Tzatziki 1 cup Greek yogurt 1 tbsp garlic, minced 1 Lebanese cucumber, grated 2 tbsp dill, finely chopped ½ lemon juice Wraps 4 Souvlaki wraps 1 tomato, diced 1 red onion, diced Coriander Method In a small bowl, whisk together the Moroccan BBQ recipe base and olive oil. Rub the mixture thoroughly over the lamb until it is completely coated. Place the seasoned lamb, chickpeas, and chicken stock into your slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours (or until the lamb is tender enough to shred easily). While the lamb cooks, mix your tzatziki ingredients together in a bowl. Store it in the fridge until you are ready to serve. Once the 8 hours are up, remove the lamb and shred it on a chopping board using two forks. Add the shredded meat back into the slow cooker to soak up the remaining juices. At this stage, you can leave the chickpeas in the cooker or drain them if you prefer. Build your wraps by layering the homemade tzatziki, shredded lamb, and chickpeas. Top with sliced onion, fresh tomato, and coriander. Finish with an extra drizzle of the cooking juices before rolling up. #slowcooker #Moroccan #slowcookedlamb
