ZB shows feel more like a deeply emotional and spiritual experience in my family. Music is medicine. Healing amongst each other as well as within ourselves. A little bit of who he is, is in each of us. Each song assigned a memory, a moment in time. He has walked us through our greatest joys and deepest sorrows.
Some songs make the pain go away while some bring it right back up, because we need a deeper look. Then, without fail, the surrender comes, followed by a much needed release. We never leave the same as when we got there.
Thank you ZB and all musicians. What a deeply vulnerable and personal form of expression and art. Thank you for your boldness, because without it, we would have missed these gifts.

DeAnn was known as an energetic light in this world, full of joy and compassion. She was the life of the party and had a servant’s heart. She made the people around her feel worthy and so very loved.
Addiction is one of the most powerful tools that removes a human’s ability have a positive impact. So many lives are impacted and it is a family disease.
Many people try to get sober and are unable to remain that way. If you have any amount of time in sobriety strung together, do not take it for granted. Be grateful. Invest into it as often as you’re able.
Recognize how may people are not successful, allow that to soften you and be filled with grace. No one is ever too far gone.
