Here I am finally coming back after 4 years away from everything.
After a deadly snowplow accident and a severe TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) that put me into a coma, nobody expected me to ever live a normal life again.
For the last 3 years I was fighting every single day trying to rebuild myself physically and mentally.
I learned pain.
I learned patience.
I trained, I struggled, I sacrificed, and I refused to give up.
And on 03/05/2026, by the grace of God, I made my return to the stage at my first bodybuilding competition in Canada the Mindi O Show.

• Men’s Physique Open Class A

@momoralphs has been an inspiration to me and so many others. At 47 years old, she stepped on stage for her debut at @mindio_show after one of the most impressive transformations I’ve been part of since she hired me last August.
To say I’m proud would be an understatement. She absolutely cleaned up at her first show, bringing home 5 medals:

Meghan absolutely crushed it this weekend and took home some well deserved hardware, and if you know how hard she worked for this, that makes it even more special.
She put in the time, discipline, and effort every single day, and it showed the second she stepped on stage. Her stage presence, confidence, and overall energy were incredible, and she truly brought the full package.
Through this prep, Meghan has also become such a great friend, which makes watching her succeed even more special. Getting to watch someone work this hard, push through every challenge, and then go out there and shine the way she did is such an amazing thing.
And she’s not done yet… Meghan will be stepping on stage at the Canadian National Pro Qualifier this October, and I already know this is just the beginning for her. Big things are absolutely in store. So beyond proud of you Meghan 💖
