After The Fundamentals we recommend continuing with The Meditation Journey - 30 sessions exploring how to live Mindfully and grow in wisdom and compassion guided by our co-founder and main teacher Axel Wennhall.
On this journey, weâll explore being human. How hard it can be, but also the possibilities we hold for growth and freedom. Itâs a journey of waking up, living mindfully, understanding ourselves, and cultivating wisdom and compassion - so that we can learn to live well: a life that is authentic, compassionate, and deeply meaningful.
Meditation can be a wonderful tool for reducing stress, improving sleep, and meeting challenging emotions such as anxiety or fear and the benefits of meditation are backed by thousands of scientific studies. In The Meditation Journey, however, these positive changes are not the goal they are by-products. The real intention is a shift in identity: a shift out of being identified with our thoughts and into presence, into being naturally aware. Itâs a shift into simply being ourselves.
These guided sessions are not only traditional meditations where you sit and close your eyes. They also include reflections, small experiments, inquiries, and contemplations.
In The Meditation Journey you can learn how to live Mindfully through 30 tracks in these six parts.
1. Awakening
2. Living Mindfully
3. Know the Mind
4. Understand Yourself
5. Growing in Wisdom and Compassion
6. How to Live Well

We recommend that you begin with The Fundamentals guided by our co-founder and main teacher Axel Wennhall. In seven meditations, youâll learn the foundations of meditation and how to live more mindfully. The Fundamentals are not the basics, they are the foundation for living a more present and compassionate life.
Many people think meditation is about reaching a special state, having no thoughts, or being in an imagined kind of zen mode. But true meditation is realizing that mindfulness â being awake and aware â is our natural state, already here.
Mindfulness is not something we create; itâs something we recognize, shift into, and learn to maintain. Thatâs what youâll explore in The Fundamentals.
In The Fundamentals you can learn the art of meditation through these seven tracks.
1. Mindfulness
2. The Commitments
3. The Attitudes - HACK
4. Lost in Thought
5. Appreciation
6. Wisdom
7. Love

Gustav Nord is the co-founder of Mindfully, where he produces all content, among ten thousand other things. He also leads the development of the app, overseeing its functionality and design.
Gustav holds a Bachelorâs degree in Journalism from Kalmar University and has spent over a decade running his own production company, Flip-Flop Interactive. His inner journey is about finding the balance between wisdom and love, and both stillness in silence and his connection to nature have played an important role in his personal development.
Gustav is also the adventure guide on Mindfullyâs retreats, where he guides participants toward presence by creating a safe and inspiring environment for exploration and deeper connection with themselves and nature.
From an early age, most of us learn that we can and should train our bodies. But far fewer of us are taught that we can also train our minds. Today, science shows that meditation can reduce stress, improve focus, and support better sleep. Research also tells us something even more important: our ability to be present has a direct relationship to our well-being.
But mindfulness is not only about ourselves. It is also the recognition that we are deeply interconnected with one another and with the natural world of which we are a part. True presence naturally gives rise to care, responsibility, and compassion.
We believe it is time for a new kind of public health revolution, and that mindfulness has an essential role to play in it. Our ability to distinguish between thoughts and reality is not only crucial for our own well-being. It is also vital for addressing the global challenges we face. The world needs more people who can see through the illusions of thought. Not to escape life, but to reduce polarization, prejudice, and conflict.
On a more humble level, presence is what allows us to have meaningful and loving relationships with our partners, our families, and our friends. Without presence, we cannot truly connect with those closest to us.
The hopeful truth is this: it is possible to live a life in loving awareness. Another truth is that, for most of us, it requires practice.
That is what we share through Mindfully, through our retreats, events, and of course through our app. We are proud to do this together with some of the worldâs leading teachers and experts in meditation, mindfulness, and movement.
Welcome to lifeâs greatest adventure: the journey within.
