This is “Dragon I” for the show “Dragon is My Middle Name”. This show is special to me because it is the first time I am participating in a DRAGON themed show as a dragon baby artist even though I have drawn dragons for many years! Thanks curator Lexing Zhang for including me in this show.
My artwork is based on my interpretation of a Chinese Dragon Dance when nobody has seen what a real dragon is or can a dragon really dance?!

A sentence that once sounded like mere wishful thinking. The wild dream of some people longing for a place where the distance between countries disappears, where everyone can appreciate each other and receive equal appreciation in an event.
This event wouldn't have happened without the magical encounter between me & @yayiyay with @bilarobot (thanks to @abdulsha_k@ardhiraputra & @ratih__m ) at @klillustrationfair , and continued with a meeting in Singapore with @mindflyer .
Our predecessors in the design of a world-class illustration fair arena, who still want to listen and guide us to realize @jkt.icaf within an almost unrealistic timeline 😅
Many thanks to @klillustrationfair & @oicsingapore (@illustrationartsfest ) for their support and presence at this event. Without the inspiration from both of you, it seems like these dreams wouldn't have come true. Hopefully, in the next encounter, we can create something even bigger and impactful for this industry. We've got your back!
