Please join us live on Wednesday, May 13 at 11 AM central time as MBS founder Matthew Sanford leads a discussion about transformation during the second session of “Yoga, Disability, and Transformation.” Lean into the energy of springtime as we gather for this live, interactive conversation. As a nonprofit, Mind Body Solutions aims to help transform, trauma, loss, and disability into hope and potential. For our three 2026 remaining installments of our series, “Yoga, Disability, and Transformation,“ we focus on the process of transformation. In this initial table-setting conversation, Matthew explores the overarching theme, what is transformation? What might be some illuminating examples from nature? What is the relationship between transformation and healing? And finally, what does it even mean to transform trauma, loss, and disability? As always, there will be a closing yoga practice inspired by our discussion. Join us! Go to link bio to RSVP to receive the Zoom link. The sessions are always free and always open to everyone. We hope to see you there.

But if you think about what we're studying and paying attention to in asana, feelings are not just mental content; there's a whole bunch of body driven content. And there's the way they overlap with each other." Matthew Sanford Link in bio! [Image ID: A blue gradient background. A green and blue MBSOnline logo.
