I started writing some long caption about aging and life and my “personal journey” and blah blah blah, but I decided to scrap all that.
Simply put, I’m grateful for another solar return. I’m grateful for my beautiful and vibrant life. And I’m very grateful for all that’s to come.

Yesterday we said goodbye to the best pup there ever was. My sweetest boy. My number one good and kind and sweet and nice and cute cute cute baby guy. My nugget man. My bubby. My Rally.
Thank you for bringing endless joy into my life, for long walks by the creek, for countless cuddles and drooly puddles, for being the best crunchy treat catcher and peanut butter spoon licker, for the sweet and silly bursts of playful energy, for sneaking up to my room just to spend time with me, for all the memories that will stay with me forever.
I have never loved an animal more than I love Rally. He was just so special to me and our bond was irreplaceable, even though we were often far apart. I can’t believe he’s gone and I can’t bear to think of how quiet the house will be when I go back home. I’m heartbroken and devastated but endlessly grateful that my family and I got 10+ wonderful years with such a perfect dog.
I love you forever, Rally boy. Thank you for everything.

It has expanded my toolkit as a vocalist and entertainer, and has made me a stronger creator and collaborator. Most importantly, it has brought me into the lives of some of the goofiest, kindest, and most wildly talented humans I’ve ever met 🧜🏽♀️
