There is so much I want to share about @weareluminary ’s Whole Health Summit but I’ll stay here because this explains THE WHY behind the energy I put into relationships and nurturing them. They make me better. I have felt better since becoming an entrepreneur in HUGE part because I have made more time for relationships. @minaa_b talked about the science behind why I’ve been feeling what I’ve been feeling and I think everyone needs to hear it.
Women in Wellness 2026. A special day with @hodakotb , who talked about joy, honoring the pivot, and living a full, exceptional life. I'm so grateful to be part of a community with such fabulous people. Thank you, @vanessacornell , for being a wonderful curator of people.
This week, I celebrated the launch of @networkmessenger , and we talked about one of my favorite topics: community care in the digital age and the power of logging off. It was such a special night, and I was amazed to be in a room full of people who weren't on their phones, but instead, actively enjoying the present moment.
Thank you, @networkmessenger , for having me.

I’m excited to be joining @weareluminary for their Whole Health Summit happening on May 14th!
It will be a full day of connection, education, and empowerment centered on longevity and what it takes
to support health, vitality, and wellbeing over time. We’ll explore physical, mental, sexual,
reproductive, and financial wellbeing.
Join us in person or virtually. Can’t wait to see you there!
A bunch of siblings gathering together to explore how their sibling relationships have shaped their leadership styles, friendships and even romantic relationships.
I’m so grateful to the @summit community for inviting me to share my framework, The Siblinghood Theory. Together, we shed light on one of the most under-explored dynamics within the family system: siblings.
And a big thanks to every person who filled this space.

Have you ever wondered what impact your sibling relationships had on your dating life, friendships, and even your sense of self?
Therapist, author, and creator of The Siblinghood Theory, @minaa_b traced how these early bonds shaped attraction, intimacy, and the way we move through connection in all the partnerships we have in our life.
She guided us through the six core dimensions that help us become aware of the emotional patterns that repeat across relationships.
This was a guided, experiential workshop where everyone had the opportunity to reflect on and share what they had been reenacting and consciously choose what came next.
Why do you shrink around your siblings… but nowhere else?
It’s not a coincidence. It’s a pattern. And it started way before you were old enough to name it.
New episode with @minaa_b is live — we’re going deep on family blueprints, parental favoritism, and how to stop letting old wounds run the show.

People who lack compassion and empathy can sometimes be the people who won’t hold themselves accountable for their actions toward you. Be mindful, and know that you don’t need their acknowledgment to heal.
Big news: I’m excited to share that my podcast has rebranded from Mindful With Minaa to This Feels Familiar—a name that better reflects what we’ve been doing all along: exploring the relational patterns shaping your life—and how to change them. And we’re officially joining Companion alongside @soulboom , @popsyllabus , @andygrammer , and more!
Growing this podcast has been a labor of love and one of my favorite ways to connect with you. There’s so much more in store.
