Hello, my name is Nanfe Jemimah Kefas-Oyeleke, and I come from a small village in the northern part of Nigeria.
My brand is pronounced Knanfe (/næ̃ˈfeɪ/)—the “K” is silent. It stands for Kefas-Knanfe.
This interview was meant to air last year, but for some reason, it didn’t. While I don’t always enjoy hearing myself speak, I’ve decided to share it anyway!
Today, I’m choosing to push past my discomfort and break the barriers that hold me back—starting with this.
Because if we don’t tell our stories, who will?
I’m on a journey of sharing more—not just about myself but about my creative process and the depth of my artistry. There’s so much thought behind everything I do, and if I don’t share it, you may never truly see it.
So here’s to showing up, embracing growth, and owning our stories.

@eopstudios vs @knanfe 😂😂😂 it was such a fun activity, we all had a blast!
The spiciest noodles contest and the EOP team won 😭😂 We go again next time hopefully my Knanfe people take the win next round 😂😂
My look was put together by my darling, sweet friend @teminikan__ 🤍 She came through for me in the most effortless way. I literally handed her the fabric when she came to see Lael right after I had my baby with little to no information, no measurements, and no idea what my size would even be before the wedding.
Yet somehow, she contacted her person and created this outfit with just one fitting. Simply amazing.

Thank you, my baby, for being a plug and always coming through for me ✨
