With the support and guidance from Hashem, we wanted to let you know that Mimulo is coming to a close… leaving its legendary trail blazed, and its iconic aesthetic as an adjective in the dictionary. It has been a pleasure, privilege and delight to be received by all of you for 18 years!! We are so grateful for the magical celebrations we got to create together and the stunning memories that will forever be apart of your lives. It’s bittersweet, and also what is perfectly right for each of us as we take our separate paths toward our souls calling. It has been an unbelievable journey of art and creativity, love and friendship, learning and growth, business and success, and most importantly, the wild experience of, living a more interesting life!! We are forever humbled by your constant encouragement and enthusiastic support, your business gave us the opportunity to bring our creativity to life, and allowed us share Hashem’s gifts with the world!! Passover is all about tradition, evoking the curiosity of our children and encouraging them to ask questions. For years now, our tradition is, getting into the spirit of the holiday by coming up with creative themes together and then transforming our dining room and seder table into an immersive experience. This year the focus was on the what ‘Rabban Gamilel says is the duty of the holiday, to discuss 3 things, namely: Pesach (the Pesach sacrifice), Matzah (the unleavened bread) and Maror (the bitter herbs).’ Which are all food items… and for me, when I think of food as creativity and ART its @david_stark_design who immediately comes to mind. His wild ingenuity, playful sophistication, and artful performance turns me on, and gets my creativity juices moving. It started with tenting the room, pretending we were camping with family and friends during the time of the temple in Jerusalem. We set up a spit with a large stuffed lamb over a fire made of wood and cellophane paper. We then created a matzah mosaic as wall art, a scalloped lady finger chandelier to hang over the table and horseradish candle sticks to create a warm atmosphere. Together we retold the stories of our slavery and celebrated the miraculous experience of leaving Egypt as a FREE people!! Wishing you a most JOYOUS Passover, From our family to yours!!
