NADA NY opens this Wednesday! Please join us in booth F7 for our presentation “Membranas”, with works by Mariana Paniagua and Lucía Reissig. Mariana Paniagua explores the landscape as a multiplicity of forces, as well as the different configurations they acquire as they cross the body situated within the world; at the same time she investigates the figuration that emerges from the processes in painting: an accumulation of layers of time and materialities that are sedimented until they condense into an object. NADA New York The Starrett-Lehigh Building Booth F7 May 13 - 17, 2026 VIP Preview (Invitation Only): Wednesday, May 13, 10am-4pm Open to the Public: Wednesday, May 13, 4-7pm Thursday, May 14, 11am-7pm Friday, May 15, 11am-7pm Saturday, May 16, 11am-7pm Sunday, May 17 11am-5pm

In the ongoing project “HUSH”, Paiz hastily arranges fireworks between sheets of zinc, scarring the metal plates with marks that echo the volatility and intensity of the territories she transits. These happenings are frequently activated by the artist in public spaces, often sidewalks on the outside of her home, transferring, or more accurately, returning her practice to the outside. The resulting works are mirrored scores that attempt to approach contemporary and historical demonstrations of violence. “Ruta Inmaterial” a two-person exhibition with works by Jenniffer Paiz and Fabiola Burgos Labra is open by appointment the following two weeks. Please reach out to schedule a visit. Jenniffer Paiz Untitled (Hush RI 001), 2026 Untitled (Hush RI 002), 2026 Detonated pyrotechnics on zinc sheet

mimo is excited to return to NADA NY! Our presentation, titled “Membranas,” will bring together works by Mariana Paniagua and Lucía Reissig. Both Paniagua and Reissig explore the memory of objects, scenes and happenings in seemingly static narratives. Through materials that balance the organic and inorganic, their works, acting as membranes, facilitate communication and provide structural support to living organisms. Join us at booth F7 May 13-17.
