Throwback to our beautiful bride Saratu. I’ve had this in my drafts for so long.
What truly gives me joy is knowing I get to show up for people on one of the most emotional days of their lives. Weddings carry so much feeling, so much expectation, so much vulnerability, not to even talk about the pressure around how you’ll look. I do everything in my power to make brides feel seen, understood, and truly happy. I never take that lightly.
Saratu was very clear about her vision for the dress. “I want to look elegant, simple, unique, not too much going on.” She wanted a dress that felt like her, not something that would overwhelm her presence. That clarity made the process intimate and intentional.
From the cape veil to the structured overskirt that was also detachable, every detail came together so beautifully. This dress was calm, intentional, and effortlessly elegant, just like her. There’s nothing we don’t love about this wedding dress ❤️
LOOK 2: AREWA ROYALTY.
The beautiful northern bride Saratu, adorned in a bespoke gown crafted from authentic Northern Chamba fabric.
The dress features custom floral embroidery, including the Arewa knot, a symbol of unity and strength.
