Congratulations to all the nominees and award recipients at the 2025 Ohio State Highway Patrol Leadership Awards. It was especially meaningful to be pictured with my Toledo Post’s Lieutenant Schack and Trooper Williams, who were both awarded the Criminal Patrol Certificate in recognition of their outstanding work.
I was honored to attend, clap loudly for these dedicated public servants, and share a wonderful breakfast prepared by @millstreamcc students while celebrating their commitment to keeping our communities safe.

Thanks to everyone who took a test drive, Ford contributed $30 per drive to support Millstream’s hands-on programs—especially their Automotive Technology pathway.

This new addition features a cutting-edge robotics and advanced manufacturing lab, providing hands-on experience with the latest technologies to prepare students for their future. It was a good day at Millstream Career Center celebrating the Grand Opening of their incredible expansion for Manufacturing and Engineering, thanks to grants from the state of Ohio, and the generosity of donors who believe in equipping our students for the real world.
