Shade pavilions, fencing, seat walls, sidewalks, and site furnishings are integrated with drainage, irrigation, planting, lighting, decomposed granite trails, reforestation areas, and fine grading, creating a thoughtfully built environment that supports connection and recreation.

The wood and steel-framed structure features wood siding and a metal roof, with interior finishes designed to support a wide range of community activities.
A resort-style pool, trellis, and fire pit extend the experience outdoors, while landscaping, irrigation, and integrated site lighting reinforce long-term durability and everyday functionality.

Located in Dallas, this amenity center project included construction of a new restroom building and comprehensive site improvements. Erosion control, grading, and drainage were carefully managed to ensure long-term durability.
