Happy Birthday to the man who’s been with me through every phase of life, from just us, to being parents of two.
Thank you for being my partner in the chaos and the calm.
We love you so much 🤍
Me, as an artist — wherever and whenever I perform — my only promise to myself is that you’ll have the craziest time till the moment I walk off that stage.
Maybe that’s the only true wish any performer ever carries.
To bring smiles.
To hear the crowd roar.
To see people grooving.
For me, that is happiness.
Money doesn’t even come close.
I was raised, trained, and groomed to respect people and entertain them — no matter what chaos goes on behind the scenes.
That’s why when I hear people say “comeback nahi ho raha”, I honestly find it absurd… and a little strange.
It’s been 17 years in this industry.
I really wish I could make people understand how difficult it is to survive — to stay consistent — in a profession that is completely uncertain.
Aaj hit hain , kal shayad na hon
Aaj log jaante hain , kal ko bhool bhi jaayein.
Aaj season hai, shows hain, paise hain.
Kal ko off-season hoga
Aur pata nahi hota kya hoga.
Family responsibilities ek taraf,
aur doosri taraf woh rat race —
jisme rehna bhi padta hai,
aur jisme rehna kabhi kabhi bilkul pasand nahi hota.
An artist carries this burden in his head… till his last breath.
The world never asks where you came from,
what pain built you,
what struggles shaped you.
But the moment you disappear for just 1 or 1.5 years,
suddenly that becomes a bigger issue
than the 17 years you devoted to your art.
Isn’t that… a little cruel?
So this message is for every musician, singer, performer —
anyone whose only language is art:
IT’S OKAY TO BE ABSENT.
Dropping random work just to stay visible is NOT wisdom.
If you were born to spread art,
you will — effortlessly, naturally —
no matter what phase you’re in.
Put yourself first.
Your peace.
Your mental space.
Your readiness.
Because the ones who truly admire you
will continue to understand, love, and support you — always.
To every struggling artist out there:
I’m sending you strength.
Be calm.
Take your time.
And when you feel READY,
kick the screens down with full power.
We serve this art form with everything we have.
There is no Plan B.
Aaj raat hai toh kya hua?
Raatien hoti hi savera hone ke liye hain.
Jai Mata Di.
