Three years ago, I lost myself. Motherhood is a constant state of discovery and rediscovery and rebuilding you into someone wayyyy stronger. So let me reintroduce myself!! 🤍
I know myself by everything I’ve already done but what I wanna do next? I have no idea. And for the first time in three years, it finally feels exciting.
It still blows my mind how strong moms are!!! We pour ourselves out completely (see: 2 hours sleeping windows WHILE breastfeeding WHOLE recovering from a surgery WHILE working, doing household chores etc) and somehow always find more to give. So here’s to year three of becoming!!
Happy mother’s day to all (tomorrow!!) 🌸 I hope we all get the rest and quiet time we all deserve haha
I’ve always been drawn to productions that center on the youth, which is why No Filter will always have a special place in my heart. Because these are the stories I grew up needing.
In many ways, Spring Awakening feels like the continuation of that journey. I’ve often joked that the show is basically trigger warning bingo for me because the stories of Wendla, Martha, and Moritz hit close to home.
But even with all its heavy themes, I’ll remember this experience as something joyful and filled with so much love. It’s hard not to fall in love with a production led by such talented, genuine, and kind people!! 💌
There are countless people to thank for this: the Sandbox core team, socials and merch, marketing, prod, cast, artistic team, SMs, ushers, audience, sponsors. Truly everyone who poured themselves into this journey.
And while the challenges were many (many, manyyyy), this ride was unforgettable. I’m grateful that so many of us will carry Spring Awakening as something truly great.
Hope to see you in our next show this August. (EEP I was about to type the title but then remembered we haven’t announced anything yet… HAHA) @thesandboxco

2025 BEST YEAR SO FAR 💌
Therapop LIVE is finally happening! 🎥💛
A few years ago, Therapop began as a small passion project: a podcast that explored mental health through the lens of movies, music, and pop culture.
We never expected it to gain the community it did.
And now, we’re taking the next step.
Because some conversations simply land deeper in person, when we’re gathered in one room, watching the same story unfold, and realizing we aren’t as alone as we think.
This Christmas, join us for our first-ever Therapop live session featuring the timeless film “It’s a Wonderful Life.”
After the screening, we’ll have a 30-minute talkback where you can share your thoughts, ask questions, or simply listen.
Stories help us understand ourselves.
Community helps us heal through them.
