April 🌿 and into May— the days and months~ moments flying by. cherishing each little bit. holding gratitude. finding myself refraining from holding too tight as I know it’s a blink of an eye and sometimes scary to think of things changing and dying.. but // and so I dance with it, fully embracing it all — the humanness, the joy the grief the changes and continuing shifts.. the rebirth into the next beautiful moment to hold close and tenderly to my heart, embedded into memories i will carry with me through lifetimes~~ life alive — it’s all here happening!!! and even through moments where days feel long, or the world feels heavy to face, I will continue to hold gratitude and choose love🤍🪽 sending my love to all I hope you are finding peace and loving awareness through your days xx nene

In tears as I sing to my sleeping babies thinking of how fast it all goes and how truly fragile it all is. Zen turns 4 tomorrow and I find myself holding grief in one hand and immense inspiration in the other as I celebrate life.. its all a blink of an eye and the constant growth and change is so beautiful yet scary to face at times. I can go on about this topic that leads me to deeper thoughts on life and death.. but I will keep it simple for now I guess but will say LIFE IS SHORT SO FUCKING LIVE IT!!!! love your people (and constantly do the work to love those beyond of course), say your I love you’s and thank you’s so they know! take photos yes but also BE PRESENT for the actual thing!!! love even if it’s scary or feels too much! believe in the best version of life beyond your imaginations! LIVE AND BE ALIVE!!! all this to say, thank you Zen for making me a mama, for this life, for the overflowing gratitude — for leveling me up into becoming the woman who can receive and hold such a beautiful, full-vibrancy life we have and will continue to create together. in my joy — not as to bypass any of what’s actually going on, but to transmute the heaviness of the world into empowerment, intentional co-creation, and embodiment of the REAL CHANGE I want to be and see. especially in these times where no matter WHAT OUR CIRCUMSTANCE, we chose to come to earth right here right now on a mission!! even if some days it feels heavy, frustrating, and unfair.. we are here to transmute it into frequency fuel~~ to live and be alive, TO STAY ANCHORED IN THE LIGHT rather than be swallowed by the illusions of samsara and what the system and rat race wants you to be or stay limited to.. because it’s all truly that — an illusion. THE REAL WORK LIES IN THE PRIVACY OF YOUR OWN HEARTS. In the end, it’s always just between you and God, you and Spirit, you and the divine~~ as in :: who cares if your life looks like a million bucks or ‘successful’ if YOU aren’t content fulfilled and stoked about it?? your joy, inner peace, and capacity to hold love creates the rippling effect into all of consciousness and collective expansion.
