We’ve been terrible at posting recently but we’ve had lots of brilliant events and weddings to catch up on! Including Will & Gaia’s beautiful wedding in late spring / early summer photographed by @lyndseygoddardphotography . We served canapés, champagne & cocktails for the reception in the wonderful @thephoenixgarden behind Tottenham Court Road before moving on to an incredible house nearby for the dinner service. Treacle Tart, Poached Quince A beautifully indulgent dessert served on the menu at one of many parties we catered for during the busy Christmas run up. Maybe not suited to a post holidays detox but we’d happily devour this on a frosty January day… or any day really!

Seared Scottish Scallops, Violino Pumpkin, Caramelised Anchovy & Thyme Butter, Crispy Sage Pumpkin season has now started and that means one of our favourite dishes has started making an appearance on menus again! This beautiful starter was served at an anniversary dinner party last weekend 🙌

Duck, Radicchio, Cherry 🍒 Duck breast rubbed in honey, sesame, coriander seeds & cumin, with caramelised roast cherries and grilled radicchio. One of our favourites on the menu for a recent dinner party and served with confit potato 🙌
