There are moments where I’ve felt stuck and, would be questioning my direction, unsure if I was really moving forward. But lately, something has shifted. Opportunities have found me. Growth has stretched me. The connections I’ve built have reminded me that I’m not walking this path alone. When I pause and really look back, I’m in awe of how much I’ve overcome. The challenges that once felt heavy have become foundations. The lessons I’ve learned have turned into tools. And the person I’m becoming is someone I’m genuinely proud of. This isn’t just progress, it’s transformation. Now, I’m stepping into something bigger. I’m channeling everything I’ve lived, learned, and worked through into creating an online life mentoring space. A space where others can feel seen, supported, and empowered in their own journeys. Because growth isn’t meant to be kept to yourself, it’s meant to be shared. And this is just the beginning Follow @seahorseconsultantcy 🩶

Pain has a way of revealing itself, no matter how much we try to hide it. My eyes may look calm and blue, but they’ve held storms most people never see. Still, I rise. I’ve learned what strengthens me, what serves me, and what I must release. Change isn’t always easy, sometimes the battle tries to restart, pulling you back into old patterns. But every ending is still a doorway to something new. And I’m walking through it with purpose, even when it’s hard.

Best time in Fuerteventura. Exploring the island with my love, paddleboard pilates, and lots of swimming in the sea and pool (uppies 😂). Oh, not to forget the manta rays that came swimming up to us in the sea 😱

Thank you to whoever has nominated me for this award. It hasn’t always been easy, but the journey has been life-changing. 💜 The impact on our community has been incredible, from creating events and activities to watching friendships grow and seeing people embrace their authentic selves. 🌈 I’m so grateful for the amazing people I’ve met across the UK, and i will continue to shout loud and build inclusive soaces for trans peoplethe because of the joy we’ve built together. Being nominated a little thing, but being noticed for the work we put into Transhull, always appreciated, thank you to everyone involved, and continue to support @transhull_

@namjamfestival , what a great night! I was invited to do a little speech and here's what I said: I’m Miller, Founder of TransHull, a proud Trans man within the Lgbtq+ community, and I want to start by saying this: we belong! Let’s be honest. Being LGBTQ+ isn’t always easy. We face discrimination, hateful laws, and the constant pressure to prove our existence. Trans people are out here fighting laws that try to erase us, laws that want to keep us out of bathrooms, gyms, hospitals, and even shelters. They want to cut us off from life itself. LGBTQ+ youth face constant struggles and lack support from the system. Trans youth are currently watching their existence up for debate for political gains. That is the real, heavy truth. But here’s the other truth: our community is strong. So strong. We turn struggle into solidarity. We turn rejection into chosen family. We turn fear into fire. And despite everything thrown at us, we keep showing up with joy. When we show up for trans youth, when we support queer youth, we’re not just protecting the future we’re building it. We are still here. Still loud. Still proud. And we are not going anywhere! Now, allyship matters. Because this fight is not just for trans and queer people to carry alone. We need our friends, our families, our communities to stand with us, and shoulder to shoulder. Now, you might ask what does being an ally means? It's checking in on us. It means speaking up when it’s uncomfortable. It means writing to MPs, calling out discrimination, and sharing resources. Being the voice when we aren't invited in the room to stand up for our rights. So let’s promise each other that we will keep showing up, we’ll keep speaking out, and we’ll keep fighting. Huge thank you to Holly and the team and everyone involved for hosting this fundraiser to help raise money for "Just Like Us," a charity supporting LGBTQ+ youth. Because our young people deserve a world that is safer, kinder, and full of possibility. Thank you.

In 35 years (yes, im that old 😅), I've never felt so at peace with myself, the direction I want to take, and with the people I give my time and energy to. If I could bottle how im feeling today and spritz myself on days, I dont feel so good. I would! Mental health is a journey, but the fight is worth it! #mentalhealth
