Week 7 day 17 Hill repeats session 🎽 Everything felt right at first… until reality added its own variable 🚌😂 Still, the work is the work, adjust, continue and finish up.

This run had me thinking about how far the marathon has come. From its historic beginnings to the races we know today, every step carries a story of endurance, courage and human spirit. Running while reflecting on that legacy hits differently.

Week 5 Day 11 Building my mileage... I went back to the same route… but this time, it hit differently. From Iju through Ajuwon, Alagbole, Berger down to Ojodu Omole, every kilometer told a story. 9.04KM • 1h10m • 7:46/km Some moments felt easy, some didn’t… but I kept going. That’s what counts. Long runs are more than just distance to me. I cherish the entire experience, from start to finish, and even the quiet moments on the journey back home.

No noise. No rush. No pressure. Just movement, awareness, and control. That’s how discipline is built over time.

Moments captured... The miles disappear after the run… so I keep the memories in motion. Every route. Every split. Every quiet morning logged somewhere between discipline and routine. 🏃🏾‍♂️📍

The first kilometer always tells the truth. Body still waking up. Mind still negotiating. But once the movement starts… everything slowly aligns. Early steps from another long run through Lagos. 🏃🏾‍♂️

Week 5 Day 11... 9KM through Iju Ishaga, Ajuwon, Alagbole to Omole. No race. No pressure. Just time on my feet and lessons on the road. Some runs feel powerful. Some feel like work. Both matter. The goal lately isn’t to prove anything… just staying consistent enough for the results to speak later.

Throwback to the moments that built more than fitness. Every picture carries a version of me that chose discipline over excuses. Different routes… same mission. Every highlights in these pictures carried a lesson. Some days were about speed. Some days were about simply not quitting. That’s the part people don’t always see behind workout photos. Consistency changes you quietly before the world notices loudly. Keep showing up.
