Life really is a wild ride. 🎢🫀✨ I have experienced so many moments I am more than grateful for this year. So many people make life sweet. On the other hand I was so frustrated and scared how my movement journey will go on. I am thankful for everyone who has a piece of me in their heart. Thankful for you reading this. <3 I am now so thankful for every shitty climb up I made. Thankful for the strength in me and my patience. I am thankful for life and always will be. 💗💕💗💕 My back problem really pierced a black hole into my mind and heart. I was and still am a little bit scared that my movement will never be the same as before, that I won't get my strength back or that I will always have constant pain. I was and still am so frustrated that I rarely filmed my movement now that I can't train. Also I hardy ever film myself while I dance on my rollerskates, it's my personal safe space. But I am so thankful that I filmed it a little bit for the first time this year, just for fun, for curiosity... Thank you Mila for being brave.💐🛼 Change is constant and inevitable. We have to be flexible and creative, that's what my pain taught me. All these clips aren't perfect, but perfect is not who I am... I want to be real.
