Moving deeper into Jungle’s universe.
Floor 13 moves into a more technological and graphic language, inspired by the early digital awakening of the 90s, a moment where systems, interfaces and emerging technologies began shaping the way people worked, communicated and interacted.
Defined by brushed galvanized steel, integrated technology and a strong, almost mathematical geometry (01001001), the space balances precision and control with softer textures and a more human atmosphere.
Digital and physical worlds overlap through a spatial language that feels direct, sophisticated and slightly theatrical.

From 90s New York to Madrid today.
For JUNGLE’s new headquarters, we studied the culture, energy, and contradictions that defined 1990s New York, a moment where structure and expression, corporate and culture, technology and creativity existed in constant tension and movement.
From this starting point, we designed a workplace understood as a contemporary manifesto: four floors, four identities, integrated technology, and a sober material language that moves away from the generic office.
The images in this first chapter belong to Floor 14; the executive. The most atmospheric layer of the project , where continuity, intimacy and perception pull you through the space. A workplace that behaves more like a world than an office.
2,850 m².

A few days of walking, watching, catching up in between. A lot going on, but some things just land; this year, often the setting itself. Villas, homes, spaces framing everything else. Creative, bubbling, slightly chaotic. Worth every bit. Grazie Milan.
DISEÑAR DESDE EL CONTEXTO: No todos los espacios piden lo mismo. Pero todos exigen criterio. En MIL trabajamos en proyectos hoteleros y workplace de gran escala en contextos arquitectónicos muy diversos: desde edificios patrimoniales con décadas de historia hasta torres contemporáneas definidas por la precisión estructural.
Hemos desarrollado conceptos para espacios icónicos como el Eurobuilding, Viviendas para el patronato de casas militares de Fernando Higueras, el legendario Beau-Rivage Palace o el antiguo hospital Hertford British que hoy acoge Comet Meetings en París.
Al mismo tiempo, estamos dando forma a espacios de trabajo en hitos contemporáneos como Torre Madnum de Estudio Lamela y Torre Anboto de Richard Rogers.
Leemos el edificio primero. Entendemos su ritmo, sus límites, su ambición. A partir de ahí construimos un concepto que no se superpone a la arquitectura, sino que surge de ella. Para nosotros, la experiencia y criterio consiste en gestionar la complejidad a gran escala, respetar el contexto y diseñar espacios que funcionen a nivel comercial y cultural.
DESIGN ROOTED IN CONTEXT: Not all spaces ask for the same. But they all demand a clear pov. At MIL we are currently working on large-scale hotel and workplace projects across very different architectural contexts: from heritage buildings with decades of history to contemporary towers defined by structural precision.
We’ve developed concepts for spaces inside icons such as Eurobuilding, the legendary Beau-Rivage Palace, and the former Château of the Hertford British Hospital that now hosts Comet Meetings in Paris. At the same time, we are shaping workplaces in contemporary landmarks such as Torre Madnum by Estudio Lamela and Torre Anboto by Richard Rogers.
We read the building first. We understand its rhythm, its constraints, its ambition. Then we build a concept that doesn’t sit on top of the architecture, it grows from it. For us, expertise is not about imposing a style. It’s about navigating complexity at scale, respecting context, and delivering spaces that perform commercially and culturally.
