Slow growth...
Grateful to the @wausaultra team for putting on such a great event, for being such wonderful, welcoming hosts, and for providing a space for me to continue to challenge myself.
And to my wife, @bethjeann , for going above and beyond to keep me going, for thinking two steps ahead, and dealing with my stubborn a** through 12 hours.

Went out of my comfort zone this weekend and attempted my first Ultra - a last person standing race (Backyard Ultra) where you have one hour to run 4.2 miles that you then rinse and repeat at the start of every hour until one person remains.
I ran 7 loops (yards) totalling 29.4 miles, which is the farthest I have ever gone (I missed the cutoff for #8).
And I have so much love and gratitude for @bethjeann for keeping me going (I finished lap 6 with a minute to spare and she had everything ready for me to turn around and go again)!
Honestly so excited for the next one!
Four Years!!! I'm constantly in awe of this little one - her courage, spunk, compassion, and so much more. I can't believe how quickly time passes, but I'm so excited to see what the next year has in store!!
And she's three! It's been incredible watching Ro grow this past year - her kindness, curiosity, independence, laughter (and tears). I couldn't be more proud to be her dad and am so grateful for everything she's brought into our lives.
