Mikey Hayes Owner/Director Of Talent With a deep passion for music and active experience as a touring artist he offers a well-rounded perspective that bridges creative vision and strategic planning. His understanding of both the business and artistic sides of the industry allows him to advocate for talent with insight, precision, and authenticity.

Hey everyone, Over the past several years, I’ve taken a clear and intentional path toward building a career in the music industry. My work with Fight From Within opened the door to numerous opportunities, including social media consulting, artist management, and, most recently, booking. I strongly believe in teamwork and in the idea that with enough dedication and effort, anything is achievable. I’m fortunate to be surrounded by people who share that mindset. From DIY booking to securing a position with an agency, I’m deeply grateful for the connections I’ve made and the colleagues I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside. As with many of my projects, I have a vision that requires a hands-on approach and a space specifically designed to serve the needs of the artists we represent. With that in mind, my partner Katie and I are excited to announce the launch of Core Collective Talent Agency, alongside Michael Dunn and George Southworth. At Core Collective Talent, our focus is on team-oriented booking and artist development, with the goal of helping artists reach their full potential. We approach each artist as part of a collective, working closely with their team to develop tailored strategies that deliver the strongest possible results while honoring their individuality. I strongly believe that we can achieve great things together by breaking down barriers within the scene. My involvement comes from a genuine passion for this work and a deep desire to see everyone succeed in pursuing their goals.
