A little memory from late 2004 or early 2005. This was Zekeās Gallery in Montreal, and I was playing material from the āIāll Bring The Stereoā album on Beatrice, my newly acquired 64 key upright piano. I donāt remember why there was a yellow ashtray on the piano though.

Iām back in Toronto, and the dust is starting to settle after my 6 week Europe and UK tour. It was a rich and full-on experience, with lots of wonderful shows and visits with my hosts. Thank you to everyone who organized a concert, played with me, hosted me, cooked tasty meals, showed me around their town and village, and to all the warm audiences. Iāve lost count of all the fascinating conversations Iāve had since first arriving in Switzerland in the first week of March.
Thereās lots of love out there. Letās keep amplifying it!

It was a beautiful afternoon house concert at my friends Simone and Jeremyās in Pinner, UK on Sunday. Thank you to the lovely audience and to Simone and Jeremy for making me feel so at home.
Yesterday saw the first in a series of 3 rockinā piano and drums gigs with my pal @liammckinnon at @thearchangelfrome (the next one is Wednesday at @thecrowninnfrome ). It almost didnāt happen, so here we are after the gig in a very satisfied state.
Iām now officially into the last week of my 6 week tour!
What a magical night at @drawingroomrich in Chesham, UK. There is no other venue like this place. An absolute gem, and the audience provided some sweet vocal accompaniment. Thank you, Richard, and to Clara Tee for a wonderful opening set, and to @itsahillwalker for lending her beautiful voice on a couple of songs.
an excellent new record by Joe Pernice is out today, April 3. it's called 'Sunny, I Was Wrong,' and it reflects a small part of a songwriting explosion that Joe has experienced in recent times.
we had a good talk about it on my Kreative Kontrol podcast and in this clip, Joe discusses how his wife Laura and his friend Warren Zanes helped him shape this collection of songs.
