Big love to Mike Donis, truly an actor’s director. I’ve been lucky to work with Mike a few times this year now and I can honestly tell you, not many people can get me to rock a cowboy hat if it’s not on my way to a Beyonce concert but this dude can get the best out of me!
Mike, thanks for being a gem to my soul whenever we get the good fortune of working together. Few directors invite you to play with the kind of freedom you lend me on every set the way you do, bond over creativity in between takes to share ideas, listen with mutual respect and learn from one another the way you and I do. The laughter, the stories, the common ground; criminally good and I’m here for it all!! As I always am sure to remind you behind the boogie, the fact you keep things moving with the crispness and quickness is a testament to your talent and efficiency, but what’s more? I’m SO Fng proud of your amazing career my friend!!!!
