Final day of coaching TUF 34 with my brothers and team @parilloboxing and @brady_fink and @ckparillo We had incredible time coaching this new generation of young hungry fighters. This season with the help of my opposing coach @dc_mma was an incredible success. A blessed and busy 5 weeks but we go home tomorrow!
Just landed in Perth after a 33 hour journey. Surprisingly I think I look somewhat human, even though I don’t feel like it. Catching up with my old DJ partner @djjacko2k12
18 years ago today I dropped down to middleweight from 205, after winning TUF and then going 4-1, (highly controversial split decision to Rashad 😂jk)
When Rashad was cutting weight I was drinking 7up and eating noodles so thought I’d give it a go. Shout out the Montreal fans. What a night at the Bell centre, #ufc83
