10 years in the fitness industry and I’m still a student at heart. Diplomas in Health Science & Remedial Massage, with certifications in Sports Nutrition, Cert III & IV in Fitness, Reformer Pilates, NEUBIE, APS posing — and currently studying pre & post-natal. From elite dance and swimming, performing internationally and with the Australian Ballet School, to teaching pole dance, coaching clients across all levels, competing in powerlifting and competing in 8–10 bodybuilding shows across ICN, WBFF/FMG and IFBB.
