Wow, this is something special.
As you know, I’ve been vocal about my experience — about how my name, image, and likeness were used in a scam.
Salamat @abscbnnews , @jeffcanoy , and of course, kapatid dokumetarista @lyzaaquino and her crew for this documentary. Bigger thanks to our interviewees who agreed to say yes to share their side of the story.
This 30-minute docu is more or less a summary of the past experiences. But up to this day, there are still many fake accounts using our family’s images — and people are still being scammed.
It’s a big win though, compared to years ago when I would receive messages saying they had already been scammed. Now, there’s more awareness. There’s more doubt. People don’t just easily fall for the ones messaging or texting them.
Malayo pa talaga. Scammers are way ahead of us. But I can say we are moving in the right direction.
I know this goes farther than we can imagine. So what can we do? On our end, we can control our actions and movements. The best weapon is to equip ourselves with the right kind of information — our best defense against being scammed.
Because one love is too many.

A few things I genuinely enjoyed from the experience:
1. Efficient consumption — in around 150 km of driving, only 40% of the battery was used. Legit no range anxiety at all.
2. Quiet cabin — super peaceful to drive. No unnecessary noise inside or outside the car, which honestly made driving feel less stressful.
3. Navigation screen — just input your destination and it gives visual cues on where to turn and what streets to take. Really cool feature, and my first time experiencing something like that.
Bonus: in the most modest way possible… the RESPECT 😅
You can’t avoid changing lanes sometimes, but this sedan somehow had SUV-like presence. Cars seemed way more courteous whenever I signaled and switched lanes.
Overall? If we’re counting stars, it’s endless for this one ⭐️
