🙌🏼Hey everyone! Im just wrapped up shooting a TV commercial with the Cooke S7 lenses and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The 40mm lens and the 18mm in particular these 2 standout for me. The images it produced had a beautiful texture to them that really brought the visuals to life.
One thing I loved about these lenses was how they handled skin tones. The contrast was also fantastic, giving my shots a cinematic feel that really elevated the overall production value.
Overall, I think the Cooke S7 lenses are my new favorites…

It’s been about 15 years sin the last time I was at a 35mm film project and it’s been awesome to see the craft at full effect again from the DOP and his understanding of light #sayombhumukdeeprom the agility of how he works is amazing, makes it look way too simple! The whole film crew put together and the team that arrived from abroad has been awesome as a small community around specific #ecuador locations to capture the beauty of its volcanos and geography.
