Waiting to Exhale is so last year!
Today, we are expanding our lungs and breathing deeply. We are trusting God more than our fears and resurrecting buried prayers. Fear has to let you go and you have to release what God gave you. It may not happen simultaneously but sis it HAS to happen.
Exhale, afraid.
Exhale, uncertain.
Exhale, without a mentor.

Mentoring...
No matter where you are in your career path, having a mentor can be one of the best decisions you can make; or indeed, for any area of your life that is important to your personal picture of success as a professional. We can all learn from someone else who has been where we want to go, done what we want to do. The right mentor will bring to the table the perspective of their experience and network, while creating a safe place to show you how to navigate and side-step faux-pas or simply sense-check that you are on the right path. Having this person in your corner can be a huge confidence booster! And we could all do with more of that in today's business world.
So I ask, do you have a mentor? If not, why not?
