We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work within our team on a project in the smart sports domain!
Project Overview:
This is a SmartCourt system, which uses cameras and AI to offer live streaming, video analysis, and performance tools for various sports. It enables athletes, coaches, and teams to train more efficiently and improve their performance through features like live streaming, instant replay, and multi-angle video.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our customers from various countries via online chat;
- Be on the alert for any technical issues;
- Check cameras performance and remotely calibrate them when necessary;
- Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions;
- Resolve tickets;
- Document technical solutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference;
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely ticket resolution.
Qualifications:
- English level - Intermediate or higher
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL queries)
- Proficiency in using Windows Office programs
- Knowledge of computer networks
- High communication skills
- Experience in data collection and analysis
- Motivation to work and develop professionally
Nice to have:
- Technical education
- Experience of working in technical support

Spiderman. Batman. Wonder Woman… What do they have in common? Yes, they all are superheroes aimed to save the world. But to our disappointment, they all are fictional.
Though, here in Ukraine we have our own superheroes and superheroines, the real ones! These are Air Assault, artillery and infantry divisions who expel the invaders from Ukrainian territory; Air Defense Forces who defend Ukrainian sky; engineer demolition subunits who relieve Ukrainian land from enemy’s bombs making it safer; combat medics who save lives of Ukrainian defenders; and other real men and women that represent the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who fight for the freedom and independence of our motherland and defend it, oftentimes at the cost of their own lives!
Happy Defender’s Day to all our dear Superheroes and Superheroines, to whom we feel profound admiration and respect! Wishing you all to stay safe and come back home with the victory as soon as possible!

For the second year in a row, we are forced to celebrate the most important national holiday of our country within a full-scale wаr against russia, however, the previous 546 days have shown that none of our sick neighbors’ plans, even the most cruel and mad ones, are able to break us down. Instead, each of their cold-blooded blows makes us even stronger and more resistant.
We know, Ukraine will certainly hold up with dignity against this stroke of fate, and will then joyously celebrate another day of its independence, the day we will win this wаr! Though, until that time we will keep on helping our defenders to kick the enemy out from the Ukrainian land.

Today is the second time that we celebrate the Statehood Day of our unbreakable motherland Ukraine. And it is for a reason that the celebration is set particularly on the anniversary of Christianization of Kievan Rus', since this event, back in its days, symbolized the foundation of a fully legitimate Ukrainian state.
Throughout its history, our country fought for its sovereignty, and managed to hold out against all the invaders' attempts to destroy it. Unfortunately, nowadays we have to fight hard again for the independence of our country, however we know that victory will take our side this time as well. Because we are Ukrainians!
Happy Statehood Day to you, our dear Ukraine! We promise you to keep on doing our best to approach our victory!

War is one of the greatest evils on Earth, which always brings the horror of destruction, wounded souls and lost lives. As estimated, the World War II took more than 50 million lives, left millions homeless, and provoked economic decline and famine all over the world. After it ended, only one thought echoed in people's heads: "Never again."
Unfortunately, Russia very quickly forgot all that horror and decided to "repeat". And so, over the last 15 months, Ukraine again experiences the terror of war itself and struggles with razzist invaders... Although we, the MIF Projects team, unceasingly keep on doing everything we can to bring our victory closer. Currently, we continue to help purchasing first-aid kits for our defenders and we can confidently say that we have managed to save several lives in this way!
So today, on the International Day of Remembrance and Reconciliation, let's honor those who lost their lives in war, and continue to work on restoring peace to our country as soon as possible!

Війна - це одне з найбільших лих на Землі, яке завжди несе із собою жах руйнувань, понівечені душі й загублені життя. За оцінками експертів ІІ Світова війна забрала більше 50 млн життів, ще мільйони залишила без домівок, спровокувала економічний занепад і голод по всьому світу. Після її закінчення в головах людей лунала тільки одна думка: “Ніколи знову”.
На жаль, у Росії дуже швидко забули весь той жах і вирішили “повторити”. І ось, вже майже 1.5 року Україна знову бачить війну власними очима і потерпає від рук рашистських загарбників… Але ми командою MIF Projects невпинно робимо все від нас залежне аби наблизити нашу перемогу. And it’s February again now. The shortest month that has become 1 year long. A year of pain, a year of fear, a year of despair. But we still hold out! Because it has also been a year of unity, a year of resistance, a year of faith in our victory! Even a year after the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops, we still continue to defend our right to independence and protect our motherland, everyone in their respective places. Yes, we understand that the main and the most cruel battle for our freedom is still ahead, but with our MIF Projects team, we will continue to do everything that depends on us to help our defenders expel every last Russian invader from the territory of our country as soon as possible. To be a modern Ukrainian means to be a socially responsible person, and specifically to do our best to provide help to those in need. That is why, in addition to our volunteering efforts, the MIF Projects team has deemed it appropriate to acquire first aid skills in order to know how to react effectively in case of emergency. The present day dictates its own rules after all...
So we want to say a thousand thanks to the wonderful instructors of the team «Treat&Study» for 10 hours of an informative and useful master class, filled with practical skills of providing first aid in various critical situations! We hope, of course, that we will not need to use the acquired knowledge, but if anything - we know exactly how to act!
